The cowgirls got to sleep in the bunkhouse outside (our new carport)
Chad handmade several butter churns so we could all churn our own butter for the week!
We decorated sugar cookies and went on a hike through Cienega Creek
We had a axe throwing competition!
Christmas morning we watched Home Alone until everyone was up. On Christmas Eve everyone got fun cowboy shirts made by Aimee and cute pajamas made by Grandma.
Then we “Cowboyed Up” for the day and painted wooden cars for the hospital and had a archery shootout.
We headed to Tombstone for our cowboy adventure. On the way we stopped at a ghost town called Fairbanks.

The adults played a live Bang card game. It was so fun!!! We had root beer and props for all the cards and it made such a fun night.
On Sunday we took family pictures in our wash in the backyard.
We went on a gold panning adventure in our wash! Each kid had a claim they had to work in.
Gold prospector Judy made deals buying gold from everyone.
We had a horseshoe competition.
We had a fun clingwrap challenge and then all the kids wanted to be wrapped up too!
We had a campfire and complete with smores.
We had a “Bulling” Competition where we bowled for the amazing bulls Kimberly made complete with brand.
We made rope with papa and his hand crank machine.
Another cowboy adventure was a trail ride at Rocking K Ranch.
We made homemade hand cranked ice cream.
We went on an urban sledding adventure on blazing saddles road! We had a blast rolling down the hill and getting pulled up by truck!
The girls had a 80’s glamour night complete with hair,
makeup and photo shoot.
We all made homemade soap!
