March

For the month of march we have mostly been staying at home because of the corona virus. Its been pretty crazy with school cancelled for the rest of the school year, thrown into homeschooling, people panicking and buying all the toilet paper and other items at the store, church moved into our own homes. Everything has been cancelled so we have been home. We are so very grateful for a living prophet and apostles who have already prepared us for this time with food storage and come follow me learning from home.

Easton had a fishing trip planned with Grandpa Miller and his cousins and uncles. He was excited that that was one thing that didn't get cancelled.Especially after the man trip was postponed until fall. He loved every minute of fishing and was beyond excited for the fishing pole from Grandpa!! He even caught a fish! While the fishing and cooking of the fish was fun he wasn't a huge fan of eating it. Haha we will have to try again. But he can't wait to go fishing again!

Before the state was placed on "shelter in place" we were "social distancing" We decided to get out of the house and into the mountains! It was a bit cold but we enjoyed some fresh air on Mt Lemmon. There was a lot of water up there and some leftover snow to play in! We even got to camp in the same campsite area where Chad proposed.

We used our pancake griddle as a snow sled! Worked pretty well!

Easton finally lost his first tooth! He has been asking for months when he was going to ever lose a tooth. He pulled it out all by himself. He was so proud.

As a part of our homeschooling we have been doing a art class on youtube. The kids have had so much fun learning to draw different characters.

Kimberly came from Oklahoma for the weekend and we had so much fun. We did a lot of fun random things to keep us entertained in the house. We made plaster of paris handprints and sidewalk chalk, tower building competition, salt drawing using only your nose, lots of cooking, and just fun hanging out together!

Skywalker was so funny with Aliya. She loved her so much and didn't want to leave her shoulder. She just kept looking at her lovingly and playing with her hair. She would get mad if anyone tried to take her away.
