We had a blast playing games, hanging out, and eating yummy food.
We went to the Fort Worth stockyards and watched the Longhorns walk down the street right in front of us! And checked out all the fun stores.
Our young women’s group went rappelling and it was so fun! Sophie was nervous but didn’t hesitate and went down several times!
We took our wooden car Eleanor out to sonic and ate on the tailgate.
The girls made hot chocolate bombs with grandma while the boys enjoyed trains with grandpa.
Chocolate season has officially begun! So we have been dipping a lot.
For actual thanksgiving a few of us got together and had chicken and waffles. The kids got all dressed up by themselves so I had to take a picture.
One of the young women in the ward gave Lydia horseback riding lessons and we went to help take care of their animals and she was so sweet took all the kids on a ride on Scribbles. Lydia showed us what she learned.
And we have finally finished our archery range in our backyard. It involved a lot of clearing land and dumpster diving for carpet to build our target. But we love it!
